No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order cannot be canceled as it would have already been processed for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products; however, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected]. To expedite the resolution process, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for orders that are canceled within the specified 12-hour period or for items that are damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders where the customer has changed their mind after purchase.
